Tour Description:
The Big Island Luau in Kona is held under the stars on the historic grounds of King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. The hotel is located adjacent to the pier in Kailua Bay, within walking distance of many visitor accommodations in Kailua Kona.
Lei greeting, picture taking, open bar, arts and crafts and imu ceremony are all a part of the welcome and introduction to your Big Island Luau.
The Royal Court, representing the personages of King Kamehameha I and his retainers, arrives at Kamakahonu Bay aboard an outrigger canoe to a greeting by the Court Conch Herald and Court Chanter.
